Your Chart of Accounts

Chart of Accounts

Walton CPA PC uses a standard chart of accounts ("COA") that all clients are required to use unless you are a franchisee whose franchisor requires you to use their chart of accounts.  

When you become a new client, Walton CPA PC will modify your existing chart of accounts to conform to our chart of accounts.  

Our COA Guidelines:

  • We do not use subaccounts.
  • Please do not create any new accounts. If you feel the need for new accounts, please discuss it with us first.
  • Please do not merge any accounts together.
